I have a 9.9 Johnson 1982 model and the throttle rod has seized, The tiller handle,the rod in the tiller handle are both fine its the rod that goes into the cowling.
Once i remove the tiller handle how do i get the rod out of the engine is there a locking pin / nut or something, I have...
