As I look at everything further this eve, I see that my transome top rail or "cap is 3 inches wide. I am not 100% sure what the best way to start move forward is. thanks
Ok, same ole' story and looking for advice. I am a quite capable and handy person with projects, but am thinking this through before making any cuts of any kind. This is where I hope you all could help. I will try to post a pic of the back of the boat. basically, the transom is flexing...
