    intermittent tilt motor

    i have a 1981 evinrude 140 hp outboard. the tilt motor will lift or lower-slowly- the engine but will only run for 2-3 seconds and then stop. after waiting about 10 seconds it will work again for 2-3 seconds and then stop again. if i do not wait to continue it will just make a clicking sound...
