Running on 2 of 3 cylinders ??-----Should be easy to figure out the total lack of performance.-----Post actual compression values.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on each lead ?
I have the tool to remove that bushing.----Or run a tap in there for 3 threads and pull it out.---use 5/16-NC tap.-----Or replace the o-ring without removing the bushing.----Yes it can be done!
A marine engine works a lot harder than a a similar engine installed in a car.----Cooling system is not pressurized in most cases.----Exhaust manifolds are water cooled.----Just not the same as an automotive set-up !!

Nope--Splined washer does NOT go in front of the prop!------The splined washer is shown in the CORRECT place.----As stated that is an EVINRUDE part.----Not sure that splined washer is a SUZUKI part.

Many years ago a boat arrived in my yard.-----Boat was tied to a dock.----Water went out the river.----When water came back , it filled the tilted / leaning boat.----Boat did not refloat.-----I immediately got the motor ( 70 HP ) running to prevent internal corrosion.
Seiche---Water just disappears due to local atmospheric pressures.-----Happens fairly regularly in my area / harbor / river mouth.-----Water level drops over a few minutes by a foot or more.-----Then returns to normal a few minutes later.----Seeing it is believing it.
Looked at one and it has a slight bend.----This is not an issue as stated.----Is the part of the driveshaft above the pinion in good shape?----Is bushing above the pinion in good shape?
