I know I have not posted anything in the last month, however I have been diligently at work! I got the transom all out and sanded off all the extra resin and seams, along with cutting the new transom out... Have a look, I will be working on the stringers next...

Okay so I take that back it's about 2" between the sections you can cut, which have 3 LEDs. See the attached picture. By the way the other side of it is 3M, I don't know if I would just mount it using that but it will help when you're mounting it into place.
