Have rack and pinion steering to a Mercruiser I/O. When turning in either direction there is hesitation and hardness in turning. Need to narrow down the problem whether it be at the helm or at the drive. All areas are well greased, but still not turning smoothly. How do I check the helm versus...
Have a 1987 120 hp. Mercruiser I/O, that has no water/fuel separator on it. Two questions: Do I use the short or tall filter? Where to install, prior to fuel filter or after? Thanks.
