I am getting water in fuel tank, I drained it this spring and dried it. No chance I missed any water at all. Filled it to the brim, no fuel smell or leeks. Used it a few times, It rained hard, fill-up cap is good O ring is in place. Got I would guess at least a gallon of Water out of my Recon...

One starts great, the other not so good. Had it out all day Sat and the one I am having a problem with ran great all day. On the way in it quit and wouldn?t start for about ten mins. Then it finally started with a lot of smoke. Next morning it did not start at all...
stats hard, sometimes doesn't start. Compression good new plugs, Carbs cleaned. Had water in tank but cleaned it out. Ran great all day, just stopped and wouldn't re-start hot.
Carbs been rebuilt on a 5.7 boat starts but floods out. Tried carb on another boat, ran fine. Can a fuel pump give more presure than the carb can handle? Unknown mechanic replaced fuel pump. This is when the problem started, then he replaced carb.
