I have two 115 Johnsons 1995
One starts great, the other not so good. Had it out all day Sat and the one I am having a problem with ran great all day. On the way in it quit and wouldn?t start for about ten mins. Then it finally started with a lot of smoke. Next morning it did not start at all. Tank did have water in it but drained Carbs and tank. Carbs were cleaned, compression good, VRO checks out OK. Any Ideas?
