I've got a 1974 70 hp evinrude that has been.sitting for 15 yrs. I've rebuilt or replaced everything I kknow to rebuild or replace. Motor turns over strong now and everything is clean. It has new plugs and plug wires look clean, but no spark at any of the plugs. Does anyone know what to check...
