Having a problem with the setup procedure for the throttle wires connected to the pinion on the steering handle assembly and the throttle control.Can anyone help me out on this or direct me to a source for the info.THANKS.

Drained the contents of lower unit,and to my surprise it contained a large amount of water.Appears to be a seal problem.Would appreciate guidance on disconnecting the lower unit and the seal/seals required to remedy problem.I'm using www.mercruiserparts.com as a reference IPL.Thanks in advance.
