hi i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this mercury i just bought. i was told it was an 85 hp but the serial number doesnt seem to match up. serial number is A953836. any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks
my 73 johnson 65 hp runs great then dies out after ten minutes and wont restart till the next morning. it doesn't sputter or anything. just shuts off like the key turns off. please help me figure out this issue, thanks
Hi, i have a 65 hp johnson that wouldn't get spark. I noticed that there was a wire missing from slot 4 of the control box on the right side of the motor and that the neutral safety switch had no wire coming from the bottom of it. So i made a jumper wire and it got spark and got it to run great...
