How can i tell what year/ make my 25 hp johnson is without a plate on lower unit housing or any model or serial number on motor? its a old one parts match early 70s but how to find out for sure. I have been trying to match up parts but they match many different years. I have been looking all up...
just got this motor 1972 25 hp johnson starts great cold runs great for a long run but is hard as crap to start after long run and no cool down time, can anyone help please.
