Sorry to keep posting on this. I just installed a new water pump (housing and all) on my 74 pre-alpha. I'm assuming this is supposed to be water tight, so I hooked up the muffs to see if it leaked. WAter ran from the back of the housing toward where my shift knob is. I'm pretty sure it's coming...
