I am in the process of purchasing a 2009 Searay 310DA. The cabin door doesnt roll very well. Can anyone give me advice on how to replace the rollers or wheels on the unit. I couldnt find any think on u-tube.

Volvo 320-CE-B. The raw water cooled engine was marina winterized with antifreeze. Is it safe to start it up if connect a hose to the fresh water flush port(blue plug). I want to run it for a short time before it goes in for survey and sea trial.

If its has DTS check to see if you havent accidentially hit the disengague button on the shift lever. Each time you hit it on or off it should beep.

I have a four winns V-275 which has a hull lenght of 25'7" and weights in at 7,800 empty. Its powered with a Volvo 320 (5.7) with a bow thruster. The boat performs well and burns 7.9 gal per hr. average since 2015 new. I would not recommend going past these specs with the 5.7. A 29 ft. at 8500...

I have found with the laser gun that the readings depend on the material that you are taking them off of. I am a plumber and found that I can't depend on the readings being accurate on the job, back to the thermometer. I took various readings on the boat and catalogued them with there locations...

10 Years on manifolds and elbows is really exceeding the manufactures 5 year window. Are you in fresh or salt water? Do you have cats? Its not a bad idea to scan for codes. Lets us know what the out come is.
