ive been doing some reading and most of the outboard motors run at 50:1 i see i just got a 1985 mariner 115hp 6 cyl and i was wondering if it also runs at 50:1 befor i take it out and over heat it.
i just revieved a boat and with a little 3.5 johnson kicker for trolling and it fired up after a couple pulls and it died. the carb is leaking gas real bad, it is probably just a gasket or something but i turned the 2 jetting knobs and didnt realize they were for jetting cause the lables were...
