Hello all. I have a 1975 85 hp mercury o/b running my 1980 16 foot kingfisher boat. my question is what kind of spark plugs do i need? Also what does the gap need to be set at? I think there is some marine spark plugs would these be best or some other kind. Is there a model number i can ask...
is this possible can the starter turn the wrong way? It turns but wont engage. last time i used it worked just fine. i jumped the starter from the battery and it looked like it turnes the wrong way. Any suggestions? Thanks
