    Thanks for the quick reply Bondo Yes I did jump a wire from the battery stud (on the Starter) to the small stud closest to the block and the starter cranks perfectly. my voltage at the ignition switch 12.04v and at the Relay box is 12.5v Yes I cleaned my battery cables and all ground...
