    Airbrushing graphics?

No need Scott. I have it covered myself. Airbrushing and custom painting has been a hobby of mine since I was a kid. Just never on boats.

    Airbrushing graphics?

I wasn't going for large graphics, plus no place local for that. I'm not sure yet but was thinking of a jumping bass on the bow and a name on the stern.

    Airbrushing graphics?

I was contemplating airbrushing some graphics on the hull of my boat (see signature). The hull seems to have a recent paint job which I would believe to be gel coat. To airbrush the paint will have to be thinned to the viscosity of 1% milk, so pretty thin. Wondering if I prep and use paint just...

    Slightly warm trailer hub

Sorry for replying to such an old post, been MIA for awhile. I've been an auto tech since days of carbs and front drum brakes. As I explained above how I pack and load bearings, whether new or old, I have never had a come back or complaint regarding the bearings "loosening" up.

    Caprice Shudder at Hwy Speed

If you feel the shudder mostly in the steering wheel it is coming from the front. If you feel the shudder mostly in the whole car it is coming from the rear, could include drive train. If the front tires were worn more on the inside of the treads then the alignment was off. If a shock or strut...

Trolling motor, 12v battery, oars & oar locks, bilge pump, life jack (on) & flares. I'd be concerned about taking on water.

    Slightly warm trailer hub

Make sure all the specs are correct; i.e. - axle, hub, bearing. Also make sure there is enough and proper quality grease. I've never torqued wheel bearings in 47 years. I finger tighten while rotating the hub. I then use channel locks to line up the holes for the castle nut. When done I spin the...

    Caprice Shudder at Hwy Speed

I've been an auto tech since 1977. It's a lot easier diagnosing when test driving but I'll give it a shot. Do you feel it in the steering wheel or the seat of your pants? Does it happen only when hitting bumps or turning or does it seem to happen for no reason? Does it happen at any specific...
