I'm thinking of buying a tandem axle trailer with torsion suspension. The guy broke off one of the torsion arms, so no wheel on that side of that axle. I can't seem to find a replacement torsion assembly. Where can I get one. I'm a competent welder and mechanic to do the repair just can't seem...
