Thanks, impeller housing and exhaust elbow are cool to the touch.
Water comes in through the drive, could it be a squashed hose or something in that?
Raw water pump wasn’t serviced.
My AD31P was running at about 90 degrees.
I had the boat out of the water for a month to have the drive and engine serviced. Also had the heat exchanger cover cleaned and refitted as it had a small leak.

If I leave my Volvo Penta AD31P for more than a few days I have to bleed the lines to start it.
It never used to be like this?
Any suggestions on what could have caused this?
