I bought a boat that has a 1990 Johnson VRO 120 on it. The motor starts easy and runs great. The guy I bought it off of traded for it and knows nothing about it. How can I tell if the VRO has been removed and that I need to mix my own oil. Any help will be so greatly appreciated it.

Ok took the power head off and the lower part. I need to find the parts number for a wear sleave and a sealing ring, I have looked but im not having any luck finding them. Also what all gaskets do I need to put it back together. The wear sleeve had a crack in it.
Ok we replaced the water pump no problem, went to place lower unit into motor and could not get it to line back up. We tried to turn the shaft and the fly wheel. Upon looking up into the motor with a flashlight it looks like there is a bearing or something at the the top of the whole that has...
We removed all bolts to remove the lower unit. No matter what we try we cannot get it to break loose. Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
