Water Pump Problems XR2 150!!!

Sorry guys couldnt figure out how to post a pic on the other thread, Here is a pic of where the water is coming out of. Like I said I get a great stream of water when giving it gas but nothing at idle plus im getting water coming out of this hole on the motor...motor 003.jpg

The poppet valve diaphragm is bad. The fix is
poppet valve repair kit, or 1 poppet valve,
1 diaghrapm, 1 grommet and 2 gaskets.

Just an update, changed poppet valve, still no water out of the tell tale. My uncle said lets check the thermostats to make sure. Pulled the 1st one out and it was fine and then we pulled the 2nd one out and sure enough there was a bee or bug stopped up in it. Removed the bug or bee and replaced thermostats and started it up and it was peeing water like a champ. Took it to the lake and ran it for about an hour and it ran perfect. Just thought I would update in case anybody else is having this problem. Thanks everybody for the info and help on this.
