    hello i just got my second project boat its a 1981 grady 194 riviera it has transom rot bad can this job be done from inside. do i have to cut out back of boat it has a inboard 350 budget is tight so doing it myself please help if you can. and never done transom repair. thanks mike.

    hello i need some help I just got 1981 riviera it has transom rot bad. wondering if this can be repaired from the inside instead of cutting out the back of boat. This is my first transom repair your hints and tips are greatly needed since my budget is very tight thanks mike.
