    85hp 1974 Johnson gearcase removal

    Hi I have a 1974 85hp Johnson I am trying to remove the bottom gearcase have dropped this down about 20mm. I do not know how to remove it or how to disconnect the drive shaft (do i have this in reverse force it down to undo the shaft nut? this may cause damage?) I would like some advice...
