    any idea how much it would cost to pay someone to fix the bad seal? I have very limited time these days or I might attempt it myself.

    Thanks! I sold the 15 in a heartbeat not realizing that everyone is looking for an electric start. Duh! But...a few days later I picked up a 1955 Johnson 25 Sea Horse.
