I just reassembled my motor, changed from short to long shaft. When I run it water comes out of a couple of hole like its pulsing with the motor but very little comes out of what I would consider to be the pisser. Any ideas? Water pump is new.

I have a 1990 johnson. I had the starter off and busted the primer nipple going to the top back of the carb. I cannot find this nipple in any parts drawings. Any idea on how I can get the piece out of the carb and where I can get a new one?
