Your pisser should be at the top left of the motor when facing the cylinder head. Pull the hose off that fitting at the top of the side plate and see if you have much water flow. Could be blocked. This is the first place water goes after leaving the water pump, and then circulates through the motor. If you havent got water hear, id be checking the water tube is fitted correctly from the water pump to midsection. And make sure the rubber seals are in place on either end of the tube.
