My 1983 203 Liberator needs the following work:
1. 6 ft of main 12" high stringer wood replaced and spliced into existing.
2. Engine box and bulkhead wood replaced.
3. Transome wood has been removed and needs replacing.
4. Decking and floatation foam has been removed and needs replacing.

Just finished removing most of the transom wood. What a PITA. For the hard stuff, it came down to perforating the wood with a 1/2" drill bit w/drill bit stop and then sharp chisels and a hammer. Now it just needs a good sanding to remove the last ply of wood. Wood below and between outboard...
