    Can some one please help me with the proper start procedure. I believe the motor is not chocking at start up. It spins with no attempt to fire.     140 hp evinrude. 1985 tilt lifts the motor. but doesnt lower

    I have a question about the hydraulic lift for my 140 hp 1985 evinrude. It lifts but wont lower. I hear the relays click. Im sure i have power going into the two wire motor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
