I am having trouble with this engine. It stops after about 8 mins. It starts on the second pull every time, from cold and after it has stopped. I have set the Lean/Rich lever but this does not do much.
The engine runs at much less revs. Also when opening the throttle it will some times...

There is a question on the front of the engine with a dial/knob.
Slow Speed, lean or rich? Can anyone tell me what to set this at? Or what it means? I have no manual. The previous owner says the book was eaten by mice!!

Can someone please tell me how old it is and also the petrol to oil ratio I should be putting in?
