    Slow Speed???? Johnson Seahorse 4 1981

    Johnson Seahorse 4 (27cc) Model J4BRCIC serial number B006466 (1981). There is a question on the front of the engine with a dial/knob. Slow Speed, lean or rich? Can anyone tell me what to set this at? Or what it means? I have no manual. The previous owner says the book was eaten by mice!!
