I have had this boat for 4 yrs now and the floor is getting soft and would like to replace it. How does the consoles come? Also there is so much info on this site please send me in the right direction on previous written discussion on this topic.

I have just purchase a 1989 ss180 in excellent shape, I don't think it was used much, and wondering how to mount a ski pole to it for tubing and skiing
