    Gas/oil mixture early 80's 15 hp Evinrude

    trying to determine what the correct Gas to Oil mixture ratio is for the 80-81 15 HP Evinrude. i want to say 16(gas):1(oil) but maybe it's 32(gas):1(oil) help? the owners manual left town a long time ago.

    how tightly do you secure the nut holding prop on

    again, a question about my 15 hp Evinrude (1980-1981): how tightly do you secure the slotted nut holding the prop on? it has a pin that goes through the shaft, so do you just finger tighten and then put the pin through?

    milky oil spraying out from behind prop

    don't laugh, first time posting to ANY forum... i started up my 1980 15 hp Evinrude and while it was running in gear i noticed a milky beige fluid being sprayed off the blades of the prop. on closer inspection it appears to be coming out from behind the prop, only when it spins. not if it sits...
