    Im helping a neighbor with his 200 venom that he took the a local shop. I last posted about correct shaft height ,Racer gave me good info on that but the problem was in the lower unit ..bent or broken cradle don't know because the lower unit they sold him had a crack all the way to the bearing...

    I got to gut it anyway check clutch dog and reverse and install a nose cone and do a seal kit

    Right...no it's a used lower unit that someone installed and its just is getting reverse and the cable is as the end of adjustment ..think the shift cradle is bent or broken because 21 15/16 is not working...going over some ill work by someone else
