I have a 40 evinrude and it runs good just idling or in neutral as soon as you try to go over about a 1/4 throttle in gear it just bogs and won't go. Also I'm not sure the year.

Does anyone have any wiring diagrams for mercury 7.5hp. The serial # is a172051, I just got it and it has no spark and all the wires are off the cooil and stator. any help would be great.
