Ohm testing a coil isn't a reliable means to measure the performance of a coil.

I've had more bad coils test good more time than I can count. The only true measure of performance is to test the output with a spark tester.

What is the motor doing or not doing?
I figured out the problem...its the carbs. Just waiting on o-rings to rebuild. Most of my jets were clogged, but i'm still trying to figure that one out, because I just rebuilt these carbs last year, and i've only used ethanol free. Since i've owned the boat

There is no magic bullet….it wasn’t the fuel that caused the problem, it was/is your dirty /neglected fuel system.

E10 is a great fuel system cleaner. Problem being, it flushes all the $rap in the fuel system out into the carbs unless you have a proper (10 micron) filter in place.

Putting E0 fuel in a dirty fuel system results in the same dirty carbs as E10.
