Hi all,

I recently came across a really good sale on these Havasu Automatic/Manual Inflatable PFDs at Costco. Given that it was Costco, I didn't have any hesitation buying as I could always return. I know that sale wouldn't last and sure if enough they are back to normal price. Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this brand and could share your thoughts. I did some online research and couldn't find any reviews and couldn't fine any information if they are rebrands of another kind. Thanks in advanced.

My guess is they are fine. Look to see if they are approved USCG Type V

Thanks. They list this in their specs. Transport CA Type V w/ Type III. Based on the product, they do look alright to me, I haven't opened and charged the recharge kit yet.. Wanted to get a general sense of how they are before I decide to keep them or to return and buy other brands.

I was on my boat freezing thinking I should get one of these instead of my bulky lifejacket
