Kinda cool there GA. But if we go that route..might as well just mount the ped base down to the box..cut the tube to length and bobs your uncle. Or just buy an adjustable pedestal?

The box idea would work well if you dont mind them being different. Certainly the less invasive approach..

Dudes!!!!

So, the floor is ROCK SOLID!! When I pulled the gas tank hatch I could tell that the captains chair was just nut and bolted in with washers. For some reason, when I looked to the side where the back to back is I cannot see past the stringers. Wonder why there is clearance on the star side and not port? Anyways, the back to back just has 4 angle irons and screws holding it down to the deck.

Well this is great news! You dont have to gut your boat lol.

Seems like whoever did the design had some forethought as to how the hell can someone get to crap after the deck went down. Probably why you cant get to the stbd side..nothing to do or see over there. The back to back seat..well thats standard for mounting those puppies.

So..whats the plan Stan? You going with plan 'Zed' :)

OH..and if you want to use the quick pic-in-post thing ..try using this program to help get your HD pic back to size http://adionsoft.net/fastimageresize/
Its drag and drop baby!
