What kind of oil goes in the lower unit of a mercrusier pre alpha one, also what type of fuild goes in the power trim unit?

What kind of oil goes in the lower unit of a mercrusier pre alpha one, also what type of fuild goes in the power trim unit?

Manual says Quick silver high performance gear lube, I would recommend the same as this is what I use. You can also use AMSOIL extreme gear lube or Mobil one synthetic gear lube, or the like.

Power trim fluid recommends 10w30 or 10w40 motor oil
