i have read comments on how to make a dva

is this true?

how is it done?

is there a thread already?

where do i find it? or better to just buy one?

What is a dva?

Direct Voltage Adapter.

It's a peak voltage meter... Normal meters read sinewave AC. A peak meter will read the peak value of the voltage signal even if it's not a sinewave, like an outboard stator or trigger output. And that's where you NEED them. Measuring resistance is, at best, useless. You need to be able to check their output with a DVA meter.
