Kingpin Deck Base Support

I'm going over all the requirements for adding a casting deck. I think I want to use the kingpin seating systems that are common on bass boats.

If I center the deck base right over where the bulkheads cross will it be strong enough not to crack the deck?

I'll take whatever you guys can offer me on this one.

if you can add some 3/4 plywood under the deck for added support. if you can a 2'x2' piece.
