Re-cap...over the past few years I saw you get the 1974 Mirror Craft, 1976 22' Islander, convert to an inboard (Mercruiser), then the little Sea Nymph (without adding my suggested 300HP, I might add!)...now the 26' Islander! Am I missing something? I feel Like there was another?

I get that it's something you 'wanted for long time' but you have a sickness...admitting it is the first step?! Might I suggest Hording?

I would say I'm jealous, but truthfully, I'm not...building boats is no where near the same as using your boat!

I applaud your follow-through and I suspect this will be your Swan's Song?

Congrats and an half! Damn fine score. Those big boys are a hard find in our parts and usually they are at a premium price. I see in the pic it has your favorite engine so I am sure that will be on the way out for lets say a more reliable power plant. The last one of those that I had a chance to get at a good price had the old white leg and I had to pass.

Ok, now let's not put the 22 on the back burner. I am sure you want to take some time to observe and debate on which direction you want to go with the big girl so in the meantime I am sure you can complete the 22.

Yep, gotta ask.......how bad did it hurt the wallet??
