yesterday i managed to semi finish trailer enough to get it under boat, talk about a struggle... i had to lift trailer by hand and crank boat on at same time , after i had to flip boat by self by hand ... i felt like he-man until i sat down last night and muscles ached i didn't know could ache lol but , it's on the trailer!! ill post some pics once i boats decides to allow me to post some pics again , it just hangs atm .

so today she has me hoist all the boxes into attic of xmas decorations, i think she still thinks im 35 cause several of them boxes had to be at least 150 lbs! new muscles sore today , cant wait to sleep lol

they seemed smaller until she loaded them with lead ! lol it reminded me of the days when folks had all those boxes of books!

so yesterday i got a wee bit of time to work on the transom, got the slight bow taken care of and tested outboard to be sure it wasn't to thick, its a weird transom that bows out as well as bows up , seems would have been better if they had just made it flat across , lol got one more layer to put on and i think it will be way stronger then original.ill post some pics soon i hope , got em but site is not allowing me to upload just spins like its gonna but dont ....

these are the guards i put on the keel and the two runners, figured since they are strongest points of boat and sit on the trailer they should be protected

sits good on trailer, rub rail is gone and that mess cleaned up, worked on transom yesterday , more pics of that today since its working now

think i got it close, the bottom area i need to grind and redo i knew that ridge area was gonna get funky and as it set off it did , pretty pleased with the top of transom so far, just need to get it faired out now rest of work is mainly on inside of boat and that transom area
