Keeper JB, we tried it out on the weekend ran great, but the floor transom and interior are shot, so far we,ve totally gutted it and removed the old transom

First coat of 1 part spar varnish , 1 part boiled linseed oil, 2 parts mineral spirits should be dry by tomorrow ready for 2nd and 3rd coats straight spar varnish.
