Z9000 Eagle Depth Finder

Hi all
I have a Z9000 finder that has given me good service. Recently it has developed a few spots on the screen. Does anyone know how to clear them? They remain constant with power on or off.

The beginnning of the end for a lcd screen Schematic. I have several of those on the shelf.
