Yet another Bravo 3 drive lube leak question...

10-4. Got the seal back in with no issue this time. I agree with you on the bushings and I tried to source some locally but nobody had them. I need to have er done by tomorrow so I will cross my fingers and I guess if the leak ever happens again I will know what needs to be done. I have a question on the gimbal bearing. I shot a bunch of grease in there and most of it seems to come out around the outside of the bearing, is that normal our should it come out from within the bearing?

First trip out over the weekend and so far, no loss of lube. We will have to see if it redevelops over time in which case I will have to change those bushings. Thank you so much for all the help guys!

Good to hear, we will keep our fingers crossed there are no more issues.

On the gimbal bearing and grease, yes it is normal that the grease just comes out around it. Just clean it up a bit with your regular outdrive checks
