Here we go again! I have a 25hp evinrude sportster, I do not have a manual for it. I can only see the serial# on the transom mount,but I can't locate a model#. The serial number is 25002C-E05851 can someone please tell me the year so I can get a manual.

25002 is the model number.<br />That makes it a 1970. Search ebay for:<br />(25, 25hp) (evinrude, johnson) manual 1970 <br />The parts manuals are rather useless now that we have:<br /> http://www.evinrude.com/en-US/Accessories/Engine.Diagrams.htm <br />(check it again tomorrow, it seems to be broken right now. They seem to get it fixed Mondays though)
