I have an 18hp red Johnson Sea Horse OutBoard.
Model# FD-11 Serial# 1584589.
Can any one tell me what year it is so I can get the correct manual and does anyone know the correct gas to oil mixtureis?
FD-11 is a 1957 18hp Johnson. The original mixture was 24/1. However, since that engine incorporates "all" needle, roller or ball bearings within its powerhead, you can safely use the 50/1 mixture.
