Just was wondering the year model of my boat and how to check it.. its a caravelle interceptor volvo penta 5.0 gxi-c/ ser#- 4012080464. I think its a 2002, but i could be wrong. Thanks
That model engine was the production model for 2002 and 2003. But has nothing to do with your boats year. That you can find by looking at the hull ID number (similar to a cars VIN). The HIN is found on the starboard side of the the transom and is cast in the transom.
