year and hp?

I have a chrysler boat motor I'm trying to get some info on. I bought the motor for a hundred bucks I have the model number if it will help (64H9E). It won't crank I haven't really done much diagnosis on it yet

my guess is 1979 - 6 HP

Thanks for the help. I'm wanting to get a service manual for it where's the best place to get one?. Another quest what size should the gap be for the spark plug?

It seem to be a Chrysler 6 HP and you can easily find the manufacture's shop manual online. I googled the model number and lots of hits came up. So pick one and order the manual. Good idea I'd say...
